Beckman Coulter, Inc. accepts checks or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for customers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. For customers in other areas, payment may be required in advance until a credit account is established with Beckman Coulter, Inc. or your local Subsidiary.
 

Requirements for RIA Customers in the U.S.
In compliance with U.S. federal regulations, a copy of the customer's current radioisotope license must be on file with DSL. The license may be sent by fax (281-338-1895) to the Customer Assistance Center. Online or Phone Orders cannot be shipped until the license is received by Customer Assistance.

Report all incidents of shortage, breakage, or any other product damage within five days of receipt of goods. DSL cannot honor any claims reported after the five-day period. Customers are responsible for cargo insurance and all other charges incurred. In the event of a claim for lost, delayed or damaged shipments, the customer must file the claim with the carrier and not hold DSL accountable. Report all shipping errors to DSL immediately. Should damage occur during shipping please report the damage to both the carrier and DSL. DSL assumes no liability for loss or delay caused by strikes, accidents, delays of carriers, acts of God, or other causes beyond DSL's control.
 

No products may be returned to DSL unless prior authorization and shipping instructions have been obtained from DSL's Order Entry Department. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Some products, because of their biological nature, are considered final sales.

We want you to feel comfortable that personal information such as your name, address, and credit card number will be encrypted and kept safe throughout your shopping experience at DSL's Online Shop.

It is our policy to never send private information, such as your credit card number, via email. In fact, this is a policy we recommend you adopt in all of your Internet activities. We designed The Online Shop to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer. This means you'll be unable to inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
